Rudra in mourning

Chand umeed deta hai, Paro.
Andhera kitna bhi ganna kyun na ho, chand hamesha muskurata hai.
Ehsaas karata hai ki hum akele nahin hai.
Door kahin woh kadha hai, hum par nazar rakhe hua, sambhale hue.

So eventually I did give in to digitising this art journaling page. The previous one was done so horribly wrong, thanks to my terrible watercolouring skills.

Of course if you compare to the original piece, I have added in some more stuff in the scene, noticeably Paro’s portrait on the wall. And what do you know, that is an actual silhouette of Rudra Ranawat. I cut his picture out and just darkened it on Photoshop until it turned into… a silhouette.

This might just be a scene, probably a few months after Paro’s death; still relatively fresh in mourning. And shut up about the room. Hahaha!! I know this and that are not placed there and whatsoever, but I just wanted to relay this scene I had in mind soon after that dreaded episode on 30^th July 2014.

Those were the butterfly earrings Rudra bought for his wife. Unfortunately they were never seen worn by Paro until of course her last appearance in the show in Rudra’s dream.
